The foundations of strong pedagogy do not change.  In 1989 I was the Apple Educator of the Year.  In 1990 I was the IBM state Teacher of the Year.  Some of the same lessons I did that were higher level thinking and communication would still be useful today -- only today with the web it is much easier than it was.

Twenty five years later the actual applications in school for technology have not changed.  We are still using many drill and practice applications and not creation, communication, and publishing.
